Instead of constant emailing, could use this as a form of update. Since this is a public page I was thinking all card cab and exec members could have their own google where only chapter can click on the link to see if that officer has any updates. The links would be private so only actives could view the information. 

OR

There could be a link to a master document, one for exec and one for card cab that would be updated like a post in facebook.
